• Vital Integrations relationship with leading manufacturers reduces time and money on behalf of the facility if replacement products are required. Manufacturers do not install replacement parts; therefore, facility is required to hire an outside installation company.
• Patient and staff safety is Vital Integrations top priority. Via our award-winning maintenance program, the safety of each unit is maintained reducing potential harm to patients and medical staff.

Risks Associated By NOT Having a Maintenance Program:

• Vital Integrations is not able to work directly with the manufacturer in the event any parts require replacement.
• Vital Integrations is under no obligation to visit the facility to perform maintenance, adjustments or product replacement.
• Vital Integrations will charge a daily rate to visit the facility; and this service visit only includes maintenance for a specific unit.
